Anthony Singer, an entrepreneur and software engineer, established High 5 Games in 1995, leveraging his extensive knowledge and skills in marketing and high-value software design to revolutionize the land-based casino game design sector. Singular has presided over High 5 Games, commonly known as H5G, which has patented and developed novel slot game resources and features. The games developed by the organization are implemented in casinos worldwide and are enjoyed by players from over 150 countries.

Over an extended period, H5G dedicated its resources to product development and formed strategic alliances with renowned game manufacturers such as IGT and Bally to manufacture, distribute, and sustain the slot machines bearing the High 5 Name, which have propelled the organization to the forefront of slot machine game developers globally.

History of High 5 Games as an Organization

Although it is impractical to delve into every aspect of H5G’s history in the gaming industry, several significant events warrant mention.
In 2002, the organization introduced its inaugural video slot game, 777. Their activities were being played in over 50 countries by 2005.

2003 marked the beginning of a development partnership between High 5 Games and IGT; their first joint game was released in 2004; the collaboration yielded a number of the aforementioned successes for land-based and online casinos worldwide. The partnership was renewed in 2008, coinciding with the publication of Da Vinci Diamonds.

In 2009, H5G introduced its two hundredth game, and IGT named Noah’s Ark its “Online Game of the Year” in 2010. In 2011, the IGT partnership agreement came to an end.

H5G commenced publishing games via RMG (Racecourse Media Group) Online in casinos located in New Jersey and other states in 2011. Established in November 2014, the RMG European platform has emerged as a substantial distribution channel that provides power to over ten online casinos. The organization provides activities in an array of currencies and languages.

In just a few years after launching its own online casino on Facebook in September, the company has amassed nearly two million participants. A collaboration between H5G and Bally Technologies, Inc. to develop video games was announced in August. However, in October 2012, H5G and IGT also renewed their partnership agreement for the development of new titles to support IGT’s land-based and online gaming operations.

High 5 Games introduced The Vault, its remote server for online gambling that caters to RMG casinos in New Jersey, in April 2014. Subsequently, the technology has penetrated additional markets. The service is utilized by Tropicana casino and Botemania in Spain, among other partners. 2014 marked the debut of mobile gaming applications developed by H5G.

High 5 Games filed suit against the manufacturer in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois Eastern Division (High 5 Games, LLC vs. International Gaming Technology, No. 15 C 2133) after failing to resolve a dispute regarding royalty payments with IGT. In October 2015, Judge Elaine E. Bucklo awarded a portion of the motion to dismiss the lawsuit, citing precedents in United States law pertaining to the application and usage of trademarks and contractual provisions. However, certain aspects of the lawsuit were permitted to proceed.

In the interim, High 5 Games has forged fresh alliances with organizations such as Inspired for their remote gaming service Virgo and Carnival Corporation for their cruise ships.
